EVD003 60–160 kW
Flexible High-Power Charging for Busy Commercial Sites
More Charging Capacity, Smarter Power Use
Dual Charging Outlets
Serve Two Charging Bays
EVD003 is available with two CCS2 cables, One CCS2 cable and one GB/T cable .This allows operators to configure the charger for European vehicle fleets or mixed-connector projects in selected markets.
High Charging Efficiency
Deliver More Power with Less Loss
EVD003 reaches peak charging efficiency of at least 96%. Higher conversion efficiency helps reduce energy loss and operating costs across high-utilisation commercial charging sites.
Plug & Charge
Simplify Driver Authentication
EVD003 supports DIN 70121 and ISO 15118-2 vehicle communication. Compatible vehicles and platforms can use Plug & Charge, while RFID and QR-code authentication provide additional access options.
Smart Energy Integration
Combine EV charging with solar, battery storage and site energy management to reduce peak demand, improve renewable-energy use and manage charging operations through one connected platform.
Higher Vehicle Throughput
Two charging outlets and dynamic power allocation help operators serve more vehicles and use available charger power more effectively.
Flexible Site Deployment
Choose from four power levels and two connector configurations to match different vehicles, markets and charging requirements.
Lower Operating Costs
High charging efficiency, remote diagnostics and OTA updates help reduce energy loss and simplify long-term charger maintenance.
Scalable Operations
OCPP connectivity allows multiple EVD003 chargers to be monitored and managed through one platform as the charging network grows.

FAQ
What is EVD003?
EVD003 is an all-in-one dual-outlet DC fast charger available in 60, 80, 120 and 160 kW versions.
It is designed for commercial, fleet, logistics, public parking and service-station applications.
Can EVD003 charge two vehicles at the same time?
Yes. The product supports two charging outlets and dynamic power allocation.
The 160 kW model can divide power between two vehicles in combinations such as 120/40 kW or 80/80 kW.
What vehicles can EVD003 charge?
The CCS2 version supports compatible CCS2 electric vehicles.
The mixed CCS2 and GB/T version can support compatible vehicles using either standard. Actual charging performance depends on the vehicle’s battery voltage and charging capability.
oes it support 800 V vehicles?
The charger supports a DC output range of 200–1000 V, so it can support compatible high-voltage EV platforms.
Actual charging power is determined by the vehicle’s charging curve and maximum accepted current.
Does EVD003 support OCPP?
Yes. It supports OCPP 1.6 and OCPP 2.0.1 for integration with compatible charging-management systems.
What payment methods are supported?
The charger supports RFID, QR code and Plug & Charge.
Credit-card payment is available as an optional configuration.
Can the charger be monitored remotely?
Yes. EVD003 supports 24/7/365 remote monitoring and diagnostics through a compatible connected platform.
What is the operating-temperature range?
The stated operating range is -25°C to +50°C.
The storage range is -40°C to +70°C.
Is it suitable for fleet charging?
Yes. Its dual outlets, multiple power options, dynamic power allocation and OCPP connectivity make it suitable for fleet depots with scheduled charging and centralised operations.
Is it suitable for motorway charging?
It can support roadside and service-station charging, particularly where 60–160 kW charging speeds meet the expected dwell time.
For very high-throughput motorway hubs, the required charger power and quantity should be calculated from traffic demand and vehicle mix.
